
Ottawa, Canada – February 25, 2025 – Her Royal Majesty, Queen Vickylextar, hosted a royal dinner to celebrate the leadership of the Africa Development Network (ADN) for the resounding success of their Impact Diaspora Summit held in November 2024. The event, was more than just a formal gathering; it was a testament to the burgeoning partnership between two organizations dedicated to empowering communities and fostering positive change.
The Royal Family and Executive members of the Omanye Kingdom, warmly welcomed ADN’s leadership team, which included Andre Azambou, Franklin Epape, Isidore Douale, and their spouses. The evening provided an opportunity to reflect on the Summit’s achievements and to explore new avenues for collaboration.
The energy and enthusiasm was palpable and it was clear that this partnership is built on a shared passion for making a tangible difference in the lives of people around the world. This was also an opportunity for both organizations to deepen their understanding of each oorganization’s work. The Omanye Royal Kingdom’s health initiatives such as the work done with LifeStart International, and leadership development programs such as the upcoming Omanye Centre of Excellence were brought up as examples of aligned approaches to addressing specific issues in the communities.
The ADN has made incredible strides in the global community through its entrepreneurial ventures, healthcare initiatives, and various programs designed to uplift and empower individuals. This resonates deeply with the Omanye Royal Kingdom’s mission to create a world where everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

The Impact Diaspora Summit 2024 brought together a diverse group of dignitaries, speakers, and participants, including The Honourable Greg Fergus, Speaker of the House of Commons; Mr. Mark Sutcliffe, Mayor of the City of Ottawa; Chandra Arya, Member of Parliament for Nepean; and Dr. Michel Hamala Sidibé, African Union Special Envoy for WADA.
