
New York, NY – March 19, 2025 – A delegation from the Omanye Royal Kingdom participated in the “Addressing the Gender Digital Divide in this AI Era” event held during the 69th Session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW69). This significant event, a collaborative effort by UNESCO, the African Union Commission, and UN Women, concentrated on devising strategies to bridge the gender digital divide in the evolving landscape of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The Kingdom’s presence at this event underscores its firm commitment to fostering women’s leadership, facilitating financial inclusion, and ensuring that African women, including those in the diaspora, have access to economic and leadership opportunities within the digital sphere. Omanye Royal Kingdom representatives engaged alongside a distinguished assembly of participants.
